- Goat polyclonal to CDH11. CDH11 is a type II classical member of the cadherin superfamily. These proteins are integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. CDH11 is expressed in osteoblastic cell lines, and its upregulation during differentiation, suggests a specific function in bone development and maintenance.
