Description
Goat polyclonal antibody to NusA. This protein is Involved in a variety of cellular termination and antitermination processes. NusA can be used as a fusion tag in order to facilitate detection and purification of the target protein. It may increase the probability of biological activity by affecting solubility in the cytoplasm or export to the periplasm. If this fusion sequence is tolerated by the application you are using, it is useful to produce fusion proteins carrying this tag.
