Description
Goat polyclonal antibody to ELAVL1. ELAVL1, also known as HuR (Human antigen R), is a ubiquitously expressed RNA-binding protein that plays a pivotal role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It belongs to the ELAV (embryonic lethal abnormal vision) family of proteins, which are characterized by their ability to bind to AU-rich elements (AREs) in the 3' untranslated regions (3' UTRs) of target mRNAs, thereby influencing mRNA stability and translation.
