- Goat polyclonal antibody to mCherry (Red fluorescent protein) conjugated to DyLight® 633. mCherry is derived from DsRed, an engineered red fluorescent protein from so-called disc corals of the genus Discosoma. Conjugated to the far-red fluorophore DyLight® 633, it is suitable for direct detection of mCherry-tagged proteins in applications such as immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, and fluorescence microscopy, eliminating the need for a secondary antibody.

- In 293HEK cells transfected with cds plasmid detects a band of 29 kDa by Western blot. This antibody does not cross-react to GFP (green fluorescent protein).
